SultanaSpice is all about travelling, cooking and sharing.  The best part of a meal is the people you enjoy it with, and these are the dishes and recipes we have brought back with us to share. 

Authentic recipes, the true tastes of global cuisine that you can make with modern techniques.  The ingredients for almost any dish are available, either locally or occasionally ordered on line.  This has made cooking such a pleasure, with no limits to creativity.  

FRANCE

Shopping in Paris, the markets are inspiring, the fruits and vegetables perfect little gems.

MOROCCO

The perfect blending of Andalusia, Africa, and Arabia - the influences and ingredients of each of these  combined to create one of the world’s greatest cuisines. 

Couscous and tagines of course, but there is so much more. 

The freshest of seafood is available all along the coasts, and simple is sometimes the best. 

Market stalls brimming with fresh fruit and vegetables, all year round.
