- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1 tbsp Bali Kiss ( or 1 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1/2 tsp ground ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, pinch of ground cardamom)
- 1 teaspoon tamarind paste
- 3 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, potatoes, zucchini, bell peppers), chopped
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste

4. Add the tamarind paste, carrots and potatoes, and coconut milk to the pan. Stir well to combine everything.
5. Cover the pan and let the curry simmer for about 10-15 minutes, then add the zucchini, green beans, peppers, and broccoli, simmer another 10 minutes or so, or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt to taste.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
8. Serve the Balinese vegetable curry hot with steamed rice or naan bread.
